Sea World or US on a Friday or Saturday?

We will be at US/IOA from Wednesday, 5/11 thru Sunday, 5/15. We'd like to spend a day at Sea World - either that Friday or Saturday. Since US has a grad night event on that Friday I thought that would be a good day for SW. However, I am concerned about school trips to SW on that same Friday.

Are Grad Night dates always busier during the day? Which park will be better on which day? (Our Universal day will only be spent at US - not IOA.)

Edited to Add - We are staying at a Universal property so have FOTL.

Even though Grad Night is an after hours event, the parks will be busy and CityWalk will be nuts. There are pre-parties so even though the parks may not see a huge increase in people, CityWalk most certainly will. I would go to SW on Friday and avoid the mobs at CityWalk all together.

I would then head to the Studios on Saturday and enjoy the unlimited Express you'll have for staying onsite.
