Looking for the Front of the line access these hotels provide. Can anyone reccomend one they liked alot. My kids are older teens. Thanks:)

I've actually heard good things about all of them

We've stayed twice at the Hilton Garden Inn, and I love that place. You can walk to SeaWorld from there. It has wonderful staff, is super clean, has a nice little pool, hot tub, restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner (I thought the food for dinner was good and reasonable), free parking, and shuttle service a few places too if you don't want to walk. I think they have a shuttle to WDW.

We're going to be trying the Renaissance on our next trip (just in the mood for a wow factor and a four star hotel.) This will be our first time trying this place, but a friend of mine used to be the restaurant manager there, so I've been inside and eaten there. The place is beautiful. (On this trip it's just me and DS 18 who is a senior in high school and we're going over a three day weekend when he has a Monday off from school, so it's a short trip.) // DH doesn't like theme parks, so isn't coming. Disadvantages are nightly parking charges of $18 a night and food is kind of expensive (but good) I hear.

DS has also stayed at the Residence Inn three time when we was doing Junior High / High School overnight summer camp. For the camp you stay the first and last nights at an animal venue and the three middle nights at the Residence Inn with a roommate. DS likes this place a lot and they include a free breakfast.

If you are looking for a condo, I hear the Hilton Grand Vacation club is nice. If you are staying for a whole week, though, you'd do a whole lot better with this particular option if you can find a timeshare owner to rent from vs. doing retail. I haven't stayed here before, but my brother stayed there with his girlfriend and said it was nice.

No one in my family has tried any of the other partner hotels, but I've seen good reviews.

Your really can't go wrong with any of them. There is so much competition in Orlando (it's overbuilt with hotels and condo), so places really have to offer great service, keep their properties up, and offer a great value.

We had an excellent experience at the Residence Inn SeaWorld on our Christmas trip, and we travelled with a teen boy (he was almost 17 at the time). We picked the RI over the other properties as we liked the option of having a fully separate bedroom, multiple TV's, and a kitchen with a full sized fridge. The breakfast buffet was excellent (and free!), parking was free, and internet was free. The pool and hot tub were both large, and there is a great courtyard with a wonderful sport court that your teenager might enjoy.

You can see lots of photos of our room and the property amenities in my December 2012 trip report (click on the link in my signature).

The HGVC would have been our first choice for that trip (as it looks lovely!) but it was not available for our dates.

We have a 13 yr old DS. We are planning a 2014 June Sea World trip We are looking at the Renaissance or the newest Springhill Suites by Sea World. :thumbsup2

Just returned from a stay at the Renaissance. The room was HUGE and we had a theme park view. Everyone was friendly although we got conflicting information from concierge and front desk personnel. The food and food service were not so great, eat elsewhere. You should know that parking is $18 a day and internet $17 a day. Even though they are a partner hotel with Sea World, transportation is minimal. You can walk across the street through the parking lot to the SW entrance, but Discovery Cove and Aquatica are each a $6 cab ride. They only have one shuttle to DC at 10 in the morning. That is WAAAAY too late. You can walk across to the SW bus stop in the morning and there is a phone you can use to call for a DC shuttle, but we didn't find it in time and I don't know how prompt they are. Shuttles coming back at closing time were good though.

I'm working on a full trip report and will post when it's ready.
