I've actually heard good things about all of them
We've stayed twice at the Hilton Garden Inn, and I love that place. You can walk to SeaWorld from there. It has wonderful staff, is super clean, has a nice little pool, hot tub, restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner (I thought the food for dinner was good and reasonable), free parking, and shuttle service a few places too if you don't want to walk. I think they have a shuttle to WDW.
We're going to be trying the Renaissance on our next trip (just in the mood for a wow factor and a four star hotel.) This will be our first time trying this place, but a friend of mine used to be the restaurant manager there, so I've been inside and eaten there. The place is beautiful. (On this trip it's just me and DS 18 who is a senior in high school and we're going over a three day weekend when he has a Monday off from school, so it's a short trip.) // DH doesn't like theme parks, so isn't coming. Disadvantages are nightly parking charges of $18 a night and food is kind of expensive (but good) I hear.
DS has also stayed at the Residence Inn three time when we was doing Junior High / High School overnight summer camp. For the camp you stay the first and last nights at an animal venue and the three middle nights at the Residence Inn with a roommate. DS likes this place a lot and they include a free breakfast.
If you are looking for a condo, I hear the Hilton Grand Vacation club is nice. If you are staying for a whole week, though, you'd do a whole lot better with this particular option if you can find a timeshare owner to rent from vs. doing retail. I haven't stayed here before, but my brother stayed there with his girlfriend and said it was nice.
No one in my family has tried any of the other partner hotels, but I've seen good reviews.
Your really can't go wrong with any of them. There is so much competition in Orlando (it's overbuilt with hotels and condo), so places really have to offer great service, keep their properties up, and offer a great value.
