We will be visiting in January. I'm not sure if All day dining would be a good value since it looks like the park closes about 6-7. Are there any places to eat breakfast at or do the restaurants only open for lunch?

Yes there is one restaurant that serves breakfast. Grab a map at the entrance and on the back it will tell you which one. We have had breakfast at both sea fire and voyagers but it will be one of them. You have til 30 mins before park closing to get food and drinks with the plan.

We did the dining plan last time we went in 2010. I didn't know they had breakfast on there until we stopped in to a restaurant in the morning to buy the dining band and she asked if we wanted breakfast. We had not eaten that morning so we decided to get breakfast. It was pretty good as I recall. We were there in November so they closed at 6, but we felt it was worth it with breakfast and a late lunch and bottles of water and fruit/snacks during the day. I think we grabbed something at the end of the day on the way out and didn't need anything else that night. I feel like they have good food and are a little pricey so the dining plans seems worth it to me. Hope this helps!

The breakfast is pretty substantial, actually. I know we all had breakfast meat (bacon or sausage....and I also think they had ham). At least a couple of us had homefries and eggs. I know I had french toast sticks somewhere in that mix. Then you can get a muffin or fruit as a side (in addition to your entree).....and the muffins are HUGE! Then you get a drink of your choice....we all opted for milk. And those combinations can be had each time through the line, so if you are the type to be ravenous in the morning you can really fill up.

On Christmas Day, breakfast was being served at Voyageurs.

The breakfast was really good. We had pancakes, eggs, bacon ect. We also got a couple of the big muffins to go. Just don't leave them in a stroller. We left ours in the stroller under the rain cover and the squirrels made a good snack out of them!

I think they might have also had those small boxes of cereal and oatmeal.

Haha yes those squirrels. We left some cookies under our stroller and came back to a squirrel having a snack. Definitly put any snacks you have in an enclosable bag. Or keep them with you.
