I just saw online that sea world is having some special shows at night during the summer ending Aug 15th. We arrive in Orlando Aug 13th and was not aware of this so was originally planning to go to sea world on 17th and 18th but would really like to catch these special night-time shows so my question is which day will be less crowded Sat Aug 14th or Sun Aug 15th. Will a Saturday usually be more crowded or will Sunday be just as bad since it's the last day for these shows???:confused3
Any feedback greatly appreciated!!

we booked the after hrs tour, and when we did we asked the CSR which of these 2 days would be better. He gave us the Saturday and told us that the traffic would be bad (on the roads) both days, and to get there early. We are doing aquatica the day before.
I bought the tour, because I want just 1 day that I don;t have to do any of the searching, and running from show to show.
But according to the CSR since these are weekend days...either day will be a zoo.

Sorry.... I hope this helps somewhat! :confused3

Saturday will be more crowded. It always is.
I would go Sunday. Its traditionally a slower day than Saturday. I dont think Sunday the 15th, being the last day for shows will matter much since these shows should make a brief appearance on the following Saturday when the park is opened until 9pm. And on Labor day weekend in September (Sat 4th, Sun 5th and Mon 6th)
You wont get a fireworks show after the 15th however because none are scheduled.

So Sunday should be your best bet. Plan to get there at park opening on Sunday. Sunday mornings tend to be very slow because some people are at church. The Sunday crowds hit around 1 or 2. So you could get alot of stuff done in the morning.

Thanks for the info.. I keep hearing that Sunday is the best day for all parks. Unfortunately for us..this is not an option. :headache:

I was thinking Sunday as well. We will have another day at Sea World the following week so this is really to get a feel for the park and see the night-time shows.
Thanks for your help!! Can't wait!!:goodvibes

If I could offer a suggestion really quick,

The night time Sealion and Otter show called "Sealions Tonight" is a comical spoof of all the Seaworld day shows. So unless you have been to Seaworld before and have seen some of the day shows, it will be a very confusing show. I would suggest trying to fit in a few of the day shows before you see the Sealions tonight show. If you cant fit in day shows before you see Sealions tonight, no worries, im sure you will get a good laugh when you see the day shows when you remember back to the spoofs from Sealions Tonight.
