Can anyone tell me a little more about these? My Dad just got our confirmation yesterday and called me to ask, since I am supposed to be our Disney expert :rolleyes1 . I know BF and I didn't get this on our last trip. Any info would be appreciated!

TIA

I believe that this is something new for 2007 packages as I was last there August 06 and they did not give them out then. I will be leaving this Sunday and did receive one of these vouchers in my package. It gives you 90 minutes rental time for the price of 60 when you rent a Sea Raycer at participating WDW marinas at Caribbean Beach, Port Orleans Riverside, Coronado Springs, Yacht and Beach Club, Polynesian, Grand Floridan, Fort Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge, Old Key West, Contemporary, or Downtown Disney. It can only be used once during your stay. Hope this helps :)

Where can I find the rental rates for the Sea Raycers? Or any boat rental for that matter.

Slightly OT - but I rented my sons and I an hour on a tubing boat from Sonny Duvall's Watersports location at the Contemporary Resort this past October. It was the biggest blast ever! We had so much fun it was worth every penny. The boat driver was great. The views were awesome and my sons still talk about it. If you are looking for some different kind of action at WDW, I really recommend the tubing and watersports facility.

I would say your best bet would be to call Dis or the listed hotels with participating marina's directly. Hope it works out for you :)

I don't know if this will help or not, but I thought I would stick my twocents in. I took this picture January 9th, 2007 so the prices should be current.

Awesome, THANKS!! Next question, do you need to reserve these if you want any chance of using one?

We rented one in January and we were able to just walk right up and rent one. No one else was there but us.

If you are going during a busier part of the year though I would call and check about that.

Any one know the age limit on the sea raycers?? It will just be me and DD, she'll be 5 by then.

I THINK you have to be 16 to drive.

I belive anyone can be a passenger. The CM tried to get my DH to take our DS with him on the sea raycer, but I declined...he was only 18 months. I don't see your 5 year old being a problem.

We took DS8, on last year, but to answer your question, he went on with my DH when he was 3 years old. He loved it, so did we cause he fell asleep everytime. It became our afternoon plan to get him to nap.HAHA. We were there last June 2006 DS was 7 then. We rode them 3 times. I believe it was $28.00 per 30 minutes. If this helps. I had a Disney Visa so it gave me a little discount, like 10%. I think it came up to $53 for 2 boats for 30 minutes each.
