To any of you who have gotten married here - How did you get to the location? Did you walk the whole boardwalk? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

We were staying at the BWI so for us, it was kind of a "no brainer"...we just walked from the lobby, down the steps and outside...past Flying Fish, Seashore Sweets, Spoodles, the Bakery, the Arcade, ESPN...and into the "side" entrance of SBP. I guess "technically" that's only half the boardwalk!

My guess is, if you are staying at any of the other Epcot Resorts (including the Swan/Dolphin), the walk might be a little longer (except maybe from Beach Club).

If you are staying anywhere else, my guess is a car will drop you off at the front of the BWI.

You can definitely walk from both the Boardwalk Inn, and the Beach Club/Yacht Club if you want. I'm staying at the Beach Club for my Seabreeze Point wedding, but I'm taking a car around to the Boardwalk Inn entrance since I don't want to walk all the way around the boardwalk in my wedding gown.

I'm doing the same thing, staying at Beach Club, car to BWI. WE are taking pics at BWI as well as BC after (our reception is at Ariel's).

We stayed at the Boardwalk so it was a nice little walk to SBP. It was fun having everyone looking at me and offering congratulations.

I do believe it would be a shorter walk for the bride if staying at the BC to go thru there and walk over to SBP.... I think it is a longer walk from the BWI ... plus going thru BWI you are on a Boardwalk if wearing heels this can be difficult walking, and if my memory services me right going from the BC you are not walking on the Boards, however they may have a secret passage way thru the BWI that may bring you out close to the SBP.
