I found some great info.
The HO is on the left wall close to the exit of the Mine.

If anyone is going soon and could get a picture that would be great.
That is now the second known HO in New Fantasyland,so it looks like Disney intends to include Hiden Oswalds in new projects from here on out.
That is so cool for Oswald!
I think the Hidden "Hidden Mickey Guy" will always be the most "unique" Hidden "Character" though!
