In general:

The later (after 10:30, or so) in the evening, the fewer the guests.

Pretty much all the rides are walk-on at 11pm at MVMCP, but I haven't been there with 7DMT yet.

I don't think the wait will be that long at the end of either of those nights. It wasn't a walk-on at 11 during MNSSHP but we only waited 15 minutes at 11:58 that night.
