Help please-I am looking at upgrading my rebel xt to the T1i-the downside is the memory cards are different-(currently compact flash)-I know nothing about this type of card-What do I need to look for?? TIA

You can pick up SD cards at any store nowadays but its cheapest to check out online stores like Newegg or Zipzoomfly. You can also use microsd cards with the adapter. Hope that helps!!

SD and SDHC cards will work fine your camera (i have a T1i with a SDHC card). The "HC" basically means high capacity (more memory).
