9 sleeps to go until we set off for Ashford I can't believe I started planning this trip over a year ago and now it's nearly here!
Anyway, as we're going the day after DD's birthday I'd like to email the Cheyenne and ask if they might be able to put something special in the room and whether we can have a room in one of the blocks near the path. Does anyone know which email address I should use and how far ahead I should send it?
