Who do you call to get the diver with the sign at the Coral Reef resturant?
Can I just have the sign say Hi my DS's or will they only do it for special occasions (ie b-day or anivers.)

I would start by calling dining and asking for the direct number to the Coral Reef. They can probably set that up for you or get you in touch with the right folks.
