SCUBA dive on Lighthouse Point or Castaway Cay?

Is there any hope of a Disney or independent SCUBA diving excursion on Castaway Cay or Lookout Cay / Lighthouse Point? Even a private charter would be fine, though obviously very expensive. I don't mind wading with my gear into the surf if a pickup was needed and Disney was not allowing access to a pier.

Failing that, is there a place to request excursions or provide feedback? A complete lack of SCUBA in two Caribbean ports is not great. Royal Caribbean / Celebrity and Norwegian Cruise Lines both offer it on their islands.

I'm aware of the snorkeling excursions. It was actually a DCL snorkeling excursion that spurred me to get into SCUBA diving. Thanks.

You should try Scuba options in Nassau.

Grand Cayman is the spot for scuba diving....one of the best places in the Caribbean.

we just snorkeled from the shore in GC and it was awesome. Literally a 10 minute walk from the tender dropoff.
