Does anyone bother setting up their screen house at FW? Most of the pictures I've seen do not show anyone with one by their campers. Is everyone out at the parks too much to bother with one or are the bugs that low in numbers that you don't bother?

We always set ours up, but maybe it's because we tent camp. It's nice having the protection over the picnic table. We keep our coolers and appliances in there. It protects us from the rain as well as bugs, even though there aren't very many bugs to speak of.

It really depends on time of year and length of stay. We are locals so most of our trips are weekend stays and we don't put up the screen room for only one or two nights unless its deer fly season. We do put it up on longer stays. Most of the time bugs are not a problem.

In Florida between the months of May and September. Here is a link to more info about deer flies.

I guess we'll be sure to bring the screenhouse. We'll be there for the first two weeks of October.
