We just had something similar happen (were staying at Jambo)...couldn't get Roku Screen Mirroring, or DVD player to work to save our lives LOL!!! After a couple of calls they sent up Engineering. As soon as he walked in he said we had the "bad remotes" that do not have the Samsung logo on them. The "bad remotes" don't have the input button on them which you need! He showed us a very inconspicuous button on the side of the tv that will change the input, but did say just requesting a Samsung branded remote would be an easy fix as well.
