Screams Fireworks from PPH

I'm debating whether to attend a Halloween party. I've been in WDW before and the only part that I would miss is the fireworks.

We are going mid week in Oct and staying at PPH. Do they pipe in the music for Screams at the PPH pool?

I know it won't be as good as being in the park but is there anywhere along the plaza area that you can experience the fireworks?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Depending on the hotel you stay at I have heard you may be able to see them but hearing them maybe not as I know the soundtrack plays close to the castle

We stayed at PPH 2 years ago during October, and they did pipe the music to the north end of the pool deck. There's a snack bar (not open) with chairs and tables where you can sit and watch. It wasn't the best view, but still something fun to do.

You may be able to see the fireworks that shoot up into the air, but there are a lot of effects at ground level (including this cool globe thing that lights up and lots of light effects on the castle) that you most likely wouldn't be able to see from there.

Better than not being able to see them at all, though. ;-)
