Scrapping with SWAP items

Mazda, great job on your beach pages!!!

Lisa, love the snow pages! I enjoy seeing that stuff in photos, just glad I don't have to deal with it in real life!!!:goodvibes

well we didn't either in CA, but they're saying we will be having a winter like we did that year :scared1: actually forcasting S**W flurries for Friday:confused3 way to early.
Lucky for us, Megan school is just 1/2 mile away, food store across the street, so can walk if needed and I don't have to worry about driving to work.

Mazda, happy to got to enjoy a "couple" pieces :woohoo:

Here's some more! Sorry, some are a bit glary so you can't see the colours too well

If ever I need perfect pieces to complete my pages I just have to look in my swap stash:goodvibes Thank you ladies!:grouphug:

I would say probably 75-80% of my pages have swap stuff on - I'm really bad actually at using my paper pile etc. Swap pices bring a page together so much quicker than spreading everything about:rolleyes1 If I had my own scrap room I might be more inclined to look through my supplies, but for me having a big box of swap stuff right there and ready to go means I actually get some pages done:thumbsup2

Great pages Mazda! You are definitely the "Queen of Using Swap Items"!!

I completed a few pages the other night at my Michaels crop night. These are all from the trip we had to Disney for DS's 18th birthday last weekend.

The topper, the Mickey Mouse photo mat (I made another when I put this page together) and the squares were made by me in the Topper & Tags swap a couple of years ago.

On this next page, I still need to do the journaling. We had a competition between us to see which couple could get the highest score. The losers had to buy the winners a Mickey ice cream. DS & his GF won!

Anyway, the topper, photomat, and journal box were made by me in the DHS swap last year.

The topper, photomat, and squares were made by 123SA and I think it was in last year's Character Swap. I also think she made the Marie piece too, but it was in a separate baggie and didn't have a name so I don't know if it was from a swap or if it was a hostess gift. I didn't make it so I know one of y'all did!

The topper, photomat, border, Daisy, and the flower were made by LoveMy3Kiddos in the Character Swap. The flower was a whole flower, but I just couldn't make it work on the page and I really wanted to use it. So, I cut it in half and then it worked perfectly on the page. There was also a matchbook that went with this set, but it just wouldn't fit on the page. I'll use it on something else.

DS and his GF wanted a picture of them riding the speeder bike near the Star Wars ride in DHS. Well, we get there and it's not there! So, they did this photo instead!

The topper, photo mat, small photomat/journal box (I journaled in it) and other journaling box (I journaled in it too) were made by AlexWyattMommy in the DHS swap last year. There's another small photomat to use, but it wouldn't fit (plus I only had the one photo) so I'll use it on something else.

The topper and Pocahontas were made by mla1977 in the Character Swap.
The topper didn't have the butterfly on it. I added it to help pull it together with the patterned paper I used and the photomat I made.

Those turned out great Steph! looks like you had lots of fun!

Great pages Ladies!

Yes, Stephanie, that is my Marie. It was made for a swap a while back but I made extra, so that was probably a hostess gift.

Stephanie - great job!! Thanks for using the Daisy stuff!! I love seeing how my stuff is used! Cutting the flower in half was perfect! I'm glad you thought of it so you could use it! I'm sure you'll have a future picture with Daisy to use that matchbook with!! :thumbsup2

Oh, I love that Marie page! Susan is that Mardenz? I have to scrap that picture of Morgan with Marie from 2007.

I love seeing how everyone uses the items. Thank you for using my Jedi pieces.

Lovely pages! I love the clean and simple look, or as the French call it, "clean & simple":rotfl::lmao:

Gorgeous LOs Stephanie!!! Thanks for sharing... My goal over Thanksgiving break is to finish up our 2004 trip and start moving on our 2008 trip.... (2008 is gonna be HUGE)
