Just had to shout out that I've been scrapping along with the pics from our most recent MR DCL Cruise! Gotten 23 pages done so far and I'm eager to finish them all up. Hadn't scrapped in a while, so forgot what fun it is!

congrats - where are the pictures so we can enjoy & steal ideas??
I'm planning on going on a cruise in 5 years so I really want the details (this will be without my boys)

Thanks everyone. :)

Good job!!!

I got 18 done today. Nothing spectacular but it was nice to get back into it.

WTG!! :thumbsup2

Oh, I'm not nearly as creative as most of the posters on here.....

nevermind what you think, Teddy ;) - go ahead and post some photos - I'll bet WE'll think your stuff is better than you do:laughing:

Well.......how about......we'll see........ ;)

(Can't do it until Friday after I get out of work though....if I do....)

I, at least, want to see the pictures
you never know - something you do might encourage others to it too :)

Okay, okay...I'll take some on Friday and put them up once I'm home from work (only work until noon and have to wait for the HVAC guy, so I'll be home all afternoon). Feel free to remind me.

Okay, here are some of the pages I've done. Please don't laugh too hard as I did warn you, I'm not as creative as most everyone else on the board.

I'll try to add them in the order they appear in the book:

The Companion Page of this one is really dull, so I didn't post it.

I think these are my two favorite pages in the book (I blocked out us from the two large photos as I don't think hubby wants to be "that" shown on here:

Okay, so the story behind the PJB is that one night there was literally NOTHING on the menu that I could eat. I looked over to the table to our left and said "I wanna order off the kids menu. I want PBJ." Well the next night, and every night after that, our server surprised me with a different kind of PBJ. It became the standing joke of our table. I was happier than anyone could believe getting PBJ!!

Need to think of something to use for clothespins -- anyone have any suggestions? (Note: glue is still drying on these.)

I love them
They show off the pictures wonderfully
I really love the picture of your DH(I'm assumming that was him) holding the plate up

clothes pins would be great - I wonder if the baby cart has them on them?? but maybe just a tan rectanagle with some sivler ink would work.

I'll try the rectangle and see how that looks -- good idea.

I don't have a baby cart, so that's out.

Yes, that's DH holding up the drink menu. It was on the tables in the Quiet Cove area. I will admit, I had a few of those strawberry daquiris throughout the week. :)

Glad you are still breathing!

Thank you!

Those are great!! So glad you succumbed to the peer pressure and posted!!!! I love the pages!!!!

Thank you for sharing!!!

Glad you posted them - those are JUST great = clean and simple! I will be scraplifting your clothesline idea for my towel animal photos - I NEVER know what to do with them. And what's that little brown thing holding your tickets on the first page? I like that idea too!

Thank you!

Well, I saw the clothesline thing somewhere and came up with my own interpretation. Just can't think of what to use as clothespins yet.

The brown thing was something I got at Michael's. It's a "passport holder" and it had everything in it. I thought it was cute.

I love your pages :) Truth be told most of mine are clean and simple too! Is the water paper from CM? I love CM albums & pages :)

Thank you WDWMickey.

Yes, those water pages are from CM. It was a "sale" and I don't think you can get them any more. I bought them specifically with this cruise book in mind.

As an update, I resolved the "clothespin" problem. On my Life's a Beach cart, there was a "sign", which to me looked like a pin. I cut 6 of them from the reverse side of the green paper and they look good.
