You guys may already know this but I heard the scrapbooking store that was in DTD is closed!!! :scared1: I was gonna make an effort to stop there on my next trip in December.

Supposedly there is a smaller selection of items at the World of Disney shop but where else can one find all the Disney scrapbooking stuff in one place??? Please help!!!

I have never been overly impressed with the scrapbooking store in DTD. I always go to World of Disney and most everything. Not a huge loss. You'll still be able to find scrapbooking stuff other places (as long as they haven't eliminated that, too.)

To be honest you aren't missing much w/ the DTD store being closed... You can find items at World of Disney....and if you have access to a vehicle Mouse Memories is in Kissimmee, FL. I wasn't impressed by the selection they had.... I bought a stack of papers 5 years ago and still haven't used half of it.... I'd much rather by online, JoAnn's Michaels, or another online store...

Don't forget that at World of Disney, you can get 10% off with Disney visa or AP. I wasn't thrilled with the scrapbook store either... everything there is available elsewhere. World of Disney and Mouse Gears have a huge selection of stuff in one spot. And you can find stuff pretty much in every store, even your resort gift shop.

I guess I thought it had more than it did. I suppose looks can be deceiving. I'll check out World of Disney. And Mouse Memories if possible. What's a good online site?

I guess my local Michael's has some but not a huge selection. I'll check out Mouse Gears too.

Thanks a ton!!! :thumbsup2

Mousegear in Epcot had a lot more scrapbooking stuff than the DTD store.

Mouse Memories in Kissimmee can't be beat for Disney related scrapbook supplies. Definitely check out their on-line store.

I was really disappointed in the World of Disney supplies in DTD2 weeks ago. NO stickers (other than Princess), no large paper pack (other than Princess), a few punches, ONE choice in the paper pack that was $15. I got the 2008 album, though. When I was there 5 years ago, they had a big selection of scrapbooking stuff there. I had to get the guy working the Information desk to help me even find the paper pack, since the CM working that area insisted the only one they carried was the princess one.

What is up with WOD not carrying much scrap stuff? Had I known that, I would have bought stuff at Mousegear when I was in Epcot. In contrast, I was at Disneyland this week, and there was a much bigger selection!!!!!

Well, that settles that! I was going to post and ask if the selection had improved since our last visit.

Oh well, guess that's one less visit for me in DTD!

Thanks for the info!

I was on the hunt for scrapbooking stuff everywhere I went during Mousefest. I was able to find a lot of things. They had 3 different spiral bound stacks with papers, stickers, borders, etc. One was basic Disney but had a lot of special papers for each park featuring some of their key attractions. Bought that one. They also had a princess pack that I also bought. They had Tinkerbelle/fairies, which I didn't get. They each had about 40 pages and a bunch of other stuff. the Pricess pages had 4-6 pages for each princess plus a bunch of embelishments. I am really happy with them.

They also had a bundle of papers for 2008 which I got really cheap. Not too many stickers though there were some. Also some punches. I found the best selection in one place at WOD but they also had a lot at Mouse Gears and they had both the regular and princess pack at Pop. I was surprised to find so much given what folks were saying here. Those spiral packs were big and heavy (glad I had another suitcase). The worst part was getting all the items off the spiral. They are perforated well but I tore them out one at a time so I would rip anything.

Did you say a Tinkerbell/Fairies pack?

Oh boy, DD is going to come home with TWO of those!

When we were there earlier this month, my MIL found a lot of stuff reduced. We got stickers for .99c and punches that were reduces and even paper packs. I wasn't going to buy any scrap stuff this trip as I have way too much, but my MIL convinced my to just buy and she would take the brunt of my DH complaints. And she did.
Yes they did have fairy and princess paper packs.
