scrapbook/photo/autograph book cover?

about a month (or 2 or 3?) ago, i saw the cutest homemade album cover...it had stickers, ribbons, cutouts, etc, and it was all covered with modge podge. the edge had coordinating ribbons on it. does anyone remember this? i had emailed it to myself, but it is gone from my aol acct (and i had thought that i saved it as a favorite, but i guess not ).

can anyone help?
