I attended the last five classes of the SDU at my local LSS this past weekend. Stickers, matting, lettering, punch art and borders. They were kind of basic, but good. I got a few new tips from each of them so I felt it was worthwhile. 5 hours of classes is alot though in one day! I guess the best thing is that it makes you try to become more creative. I would recommend the classes to anyone.

Hi Pammy,

I'm taking the SDU classes at my LSS too! I took a break from scrapping last fall and summer for some college classes, so I jumped at the chance to do SDU. It's a great refresher course and I've learned a few new tricks as well.

I would definitly recommend it as well. I think it's great for beginner scrappers or people like me who just need a little reminding and creative jolt.

DMoss: Where in VA are you from? I'm in No. VA and took mine at the Chantilly Scrapbook Plus store.

I live in Manassas, but I frequent My Scrapbook Store. I started scrapbooking through them when there were in Oakton, before moving to their Fairfax location.

But I love SP too!

hi, I've been to my scrapbook store a few times, but like pammy jo, I seem to go to the chantilly store and the memories store over by the dulles town center. maggie
