Leaving next Thursday with DW, DS6,DS5,DD2, and Grandma for 5 nights at CONT Wing.

Questions:
1. Grandma will have electric scooter. Will it go on boat to get to Hoop-Dee-Do Review on our 1st night? Is it needed, how much of a walk is it once off the boat?
2. Other electric scooter related tips are welcomed.

Whether or not the scooter will fir on the boat is completely dependent on the water levels of the docks. Also unless she is skilled with her scooter they are difficult to get on and off. I recommend you use the bus from TTC to get to Hoop Dee Doo.

Tips: Let her practice away from people before heading for the parks. People can be real idiots there and its best to be familiar with the scooter before braving the throngs. Beware that the able bodied will stop short, cross in front of you and walk right next to you and hen blame the person using the scooter for anything adverse that occurs. Be especially vigilant for children as many parents aren't and if their child gets in your way you will be blamed. Be ready to abruptly stop for these people because they will not stop for you.

Don't forget your key from the scooter when riding or you may find some kid playing with it when you return.
