Scott, I plan on going 4-5 times a week. I have 6-7 friends that go now. I don't think it'll be hard to be motivated. One of my friends goes all the time and I know he'll call....
I'm doing it for health reasons. Heart disease runs in my family so I have to start managing my health and diet as well.
Good for you guys, making a commitment to the gym!
I wish I had the motivation. I am in "soccer mom mode" right now in my life, (although it's performing arts and horsebacking riding, not actually "soccer"
) and I just can't find the time. I wanted to lose 10 pounds for Disney in June.

This is what I do every trip. 10 lbs isn't too hard to lose. I lower portion sizes and walk the treadmill every day for about 30 minutes. You'd be amazed at what just walking 30 minutes a day can do. And that's not even "power walking".
