This is our year for the big 40! We have celebrated twice and got quite a few more friends to go thru this year. My DH is up next in April!

i canceled Rose & Crown and booked "California Grill". I was reading a report and the pics looked so good. Got 7:30 so we should be able to enjoy the fireworks.

Pefect! You'll love it. If you request a window seat, it may take a little longer to be seated but you can have a drink at the bar and wait. If you don't want to wait, it's no big deal as you can go outside to a balcony to watch the fireworks and then come back to your table.

This place is one of my favorites. The Bistro being the other.

about 6 of us for dinner. It is so delicious. I think that is all. Nothing special. Next year will be better as I hit 40 and biff's sister hits 60 and she is 10 days earlier than me so we will all party.

actually next year 7 of my friends turn 40. party year.

I have been on 2 cruises.(not Disney) I have worn my sea bands and been fine. Again I want to say that they work for me and not for everyone.

We all started with our seabands - DH and DD took them off after the first night, I kept mine on "just in case"... about five days into the trip, DD had them back on (she was 7 at the time)... I whispered to DH - "Does she not feel well?" and he said, "No, she's fine. She says 'they go with her outfit' today."

We went to Cali Grill last week and it was excellent! We had one of the best waiters I have ever had anywhere. He is wonderful, his name was Walter. Some people are such a perfect fit for their job and it shows and he is truly a professional waiter, such a gem!

Count me in with all the others that are glad you are going to Cal. Grill!! It is so good. The food is a little fancy for me (being from Montana and all) but the atmosphere is excellent! It's definitely my favorite place to go in WDW. Now, hopefully, it won't be built up to much for you. The fireworks are wonderful too.

A few years ago, we were there for the fireworks, sitting in the bar (what a surprise, I know) and I saw this adorable little boy with Down's Syndrome at a nearby table. When the fireworks started, his mom tried to get him to watch them but he spent the entire time playing with his slinky. I thought it was so incredibly precious-there's this amazing fireworks show, but this little guy could care less. He liked his slinky better.

Besides the fact that I spent 100 dollars at hallmark and that shocked the heck out of matt since he didn't think it was possible to spend that much there. Lol. I guess he dosen't know me as well as he thought he did I can spend lots of time and money in hallmark. I found the clearance candles and that was the end of that plus had to buy birthday cards and easter cards. When are you planning to show him the videos?

Your birthday is tomorrow? OMG My sisters birthday is tomorrow too!!! She is going to be 21 and she isn't going to have her card tomorrow either. Poor sis. She said its okay though! Shes going to a wedding and its her 21st birthday so she'll be drinking her first legal drinks at a wedding. I can't believe my little sister is 21 lol. Happy birthday a little bit early!!!!
