Went to the Disney store tonight to pick a shirt for my DD's 4 and 2. Wanted to get one before our trip in 3 weeks. I walked in and saw the 3 for 20 shirts... not bad I thought. I went to the back and saw the 25% off shirts priced at $5.00 each so I picked up two.
Then my DW saw a Cinderella dress for my DD age 2 on the 25% off rack. She did not have one, so why not. How much I asked my DW and she said it says 9.99. Wow! I went to by these three items, smiled and said hi the cashier. I always address them by their name on the name tag and make small talk. Well dress rang up $14.75. Oh, I thought the tag said $9.99? The cashier looked and said oh the 1 has faded away. Ok, I thought $14.75 for a $50.00 dress is still ok. She said don't worry about it she would ring it up at the $9.99. Total for my purchase $15.78. Seeing my daughter in the dress priceless. Her sister 4, has two dresses already. Seeing them both do a princess fashion show tonight, even more priceless.
Now only three weeks till my trip!!
Moral of my story "It truly pays off to be nice to all people all the time!! "
