Scooterbug or Best Price?

My Parents are renting an ECV for the first time for my Dad who would never make it through WDW without one. I've read so much on these boards about scooters that I'm on scooter overload. But I also think it sounds like I'm down to two names to give them- Scooterbug and Best Price. I would appreciate opinions on these two companies. I also would love to know which scooter to pick to rent since we will be using Disney Buses daily from POFQ. I'm thinking
Companion Tourist Resort ECV From Scooterbug or The Pride Victory 10 3 Wheel Scooter from Best Price

Never rented from either - prior to purchasing my personal mobility device, I rented from either Walker or Care.

At the very top right of the main disABILITIES page, you will find a magnifying glass inside a search box. I would start there, and search for (recent) info for both vendors. I would also pull a Google search for both vendors like so: [vendor name] problems reviews

As far as the specific model of scooter, typically the company you rent from can guide you to the best scooter for the person who will be using it. They should ask you questions about the persons size (height and weight) as well as why they need the device. This helps them recommend the best model.

With a bit more leg work, your parents will be set to go!

I always use Walker Mobility, so I can't give you any info about those two companies. I love Walker because they have great customer service folks and their batteries last forever. Their ECV's are also the only ones that you don't have to worry about using in the rain (as long as you cover the controls with the shower cap that they provide)!
