My mom has a bad knee and usually doesn't get one just takes her time but we are going on a very busy day that is going to be a LONG day and she wants to get one for the day. Can you reserve them in advance? Does anyone know who I should call or how to go about it?

They don't do advance reservations on the scooters. Especially on busy days, you have to be there early or you won't get a scooter. My mom uses one every time we go and if we get there more than an hour after park opening on a busy day, she won't be able to get one.

They have a limited number. You simply have to get there early to secure one. If they run out before you get there, they usually do have wheelchairs. There is also a place across the street by the Ramada called Scooter Village (I think that is the name) and you could rent there also, but the same thing applies.

we used one stop mobility on the last trip, and they were great to deal wth. My mom went almost 3 days before it needed to be charged, it its nice that you can take it out of the park it makes life easier when tired on the way back to hotel.
