Scooter rentals with flexible pick up times

My mom has always gone with Buena Vista scooters, until Scooterbug became Disney’s choice. She didn’t like them last time. We booked with Buena Vista, but their pick up/drop off times are inconvenient. Any other suggestions?

It would be helpful if you shared what was specifically inconvenient and/or what would be convenient for you.

The companies would prefer to drop off or pick up multiple devices on a single trip. It is much, much more cost efficient for them.

We usually use Gold Mobility because they arrange individual pick up and drop off times. Last trip we were only in WDW for a few days and Gold is weekly pricing, so we went with Buena Vista. BV was fine but not as convenient as Gold, plus Gold gives many upgrades for free. We’ll likely stick with Gold for 5+ day trips and use BV if we ever do a short trip again.

Only ScooterBug can utilize Bell Services at WDW resorts for pick-up/return. All other vendors will meet you in-person, some have a set schedule while others work with you on that. Some other vendors that have been mentioned here on DISboards over the years include Walker's, Randy's, Apple and Orlando Medical Rentals. I don't know the delivery policy of each so you'll want to ask.

Any vendor can use bell services at Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve. A big plus

Gold asks you for a delivery time. A day or two before they'll confirm. Basically within 30 minutes of the time you requested.

It appears like the driver handles a group of resorts, hitting each resort once an hour
