Scooter rental at park

I am not sure if I will need a scooter or not with some current knee trouble, since I am not sure i will need it, can you rent a scooter on site at the park? I know about the rental company's but will not really know until I get there and go.

Also if you are staying on site the concierge rents them at PBH. But they recommend reservations.
