Scoop on Laundry at the GF...

Can anyone give details about doing laundry at the Grand Floridian? Since we like to pack light (yet still manage to overstuff our suitcases on the way home) we have learned to pack for half the trip and do laundry half way through. I would like to know details...

Are laundry rooms near the pools? Are they 24 hours? Cost? Thanks in advance for the info!

Hello. I LOVE doing laundry at WDW - I like going home with clean clothes
The lodge buildings have laundry rooms on the first floors. At least that is how it is at Boca Chica, my favorite. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers there. Not sure about the other lodge bldg.s or the Main Bldg. Loads are about $2 each. I recommend buying laundry tablets before you leave for WDW and take adequate quarters. Although I've gone to the 24-hr. Gasparilla Grill to use the bill changer they have in the arcade...Laundry facilities are 24-hr., too.
