Which structure holds more weight? A Hip roof, Gable roof, or a Dome?

Most of the things I've done (we don't do science fairs), I've found in my science textbook.
You could do the unoriginal celery in food colored water, that after a few days turns the color of the water.

sodium experiments are always crowd pleasers, but don't do that unless you absolutely KNOW how to handle it. sodium is dangerous.
