Has anyone eaten at Sci-Fi lately? We're planning on eating there on our next trip. Any suggestions on "great" food? Anything to stay away from?

Thanks! ;)

This place is the has the best atmosphere. For dinner I would give it a B+ and for lunch I would give it a A+. I had the Pork Medallions for dinner and they were pretty good. But, the sandwiches and burgers for luncha re fantastic. I have not had one of there shakes in a while but those were also good.

We'll be there this Thursday for a late lunch. :D Will post a report!
GonetoDisney-wish I knew the answer. That is what we had originally wanted to do, have a burger for dinner. Has anyone done that?

Had the BEST burger ever there in December of last year. Dying to go back for another!

We were there for lunch this Xmas. I had the Rueben Sandwich. It was great. I had the same thing last Easter and it was just as good the second time as the first. Then I tried the Rueben at LeCellier and it wasn't as good as Sci-Fi's. I can't tell you about anything else there because I haven't tried anything else.

Oh, I did have a Shake and that was pretty good.

Lunch is GREAT. It's kind of hard to screw up burgers and shakes. This is one of our very favorite places for lunch. There's just nothing like it anywhere else. Dinner is kind of icky, in my opinion.

We ate there 2 weekends ago for lunch and it was pretty good. I had the steak sandwhich and I loved it. My kids enjoyed their meals and my husband likes his as well. He did love the ice cold beer! We go often here as my boys love the place and are usually pretty happy with lunch.

While eating there I couldn't pry my son's eyes away from the screen. He was enthralled by the little shows they had.

We have oredered off the lunch menu at dinner time. The last time we were there that was the only way my wife could get something vegetarian.

We only go there for lunch so I can't comment about dinner. However, I would like to say this place gets mixed reviews. My approach is this: its a diner, not a gourmet palace. We get the same thing most times and are always pleased: onion rings (to split), a green salad for me and DS either gets a burger or the last 2 times got the catfish sandwich and was very pleased. I nibble off of his plate. If he is really hungry then he gets a milkshake. I think they have divine margaritas!

The open faced roast beef sandiwch is worth every penny that you paid to get into MGM. I think that it is only on the lunch menu and it is a must have!:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I love the burgers here. The only problem I had eating here was that it was too dark and I had a hard time seeing my food.

My burger with BBQ sauce was fab. DH had the blackened catfish burger and that was really good.

Milkshakes are very nice too.

Do they still have prime rib sandwich there? I don;t see it on the menu anymore? Did they do away with it? We got this in 2000 and it was good, but I did not make priority seatings for our 2002 trip since it had disappeared from the menu. anyone get this recently?
Thanks!
