Sci-fi with a baby

I would like to go to the MGM Sci-fi restaurant, but on our next trip our baby will be 7 months old. Is it possible to sit in the cars and have a high chair next to us? DD and DH would really like to sit in the car and watch the shows but I wasn't sure if it's possible.
