Sci-fi question????

My DD is dying to go to the Sci-fi, we tried to get in last time with no luck, it's the only place she wants to eat. Since it's the only request I really want to honour it but I'm looking at the dinner menu and I don't think there is much there for our group.The lunch menu looks more appealing.

So here's my question, since lunch ends at 4pm if I book an ADR for that time will I get the lunch menu or will it be dinner? Another thought, can you ask for something off the lunch menu at dinner time?

I have a lunch ADR for 3:55. I´ve also read on these boards that you can order the Angus burger for dinner although it´s not on the menu. Don´t know about other items though.

We loved the Sci Fi for lunch last year and it was the first definate ADR we made for our upcoming trip.

The burgers are definately available in the evening however I dont know what other items are. It is likely that not everything on the Lunch menu would be available, in fact this is the only restaurant in Disney that I know definately serves items that are only on the Lunch menu (burgers) in the evening although they aren't on the dinner menu

The Reuben is also available at dinner, and they make one of the best in all of the parks!!!

if you are there after 4 then it will be a dinner menu and also the price will change. we do not like the food here. maybe you can take her for lunch and you get a soda or coffee.

In my past experiences the Sci Fi has always been one of the most flexible restaurants to deal with (we usually go after 2pm but before 4:30). We have been able to get DS grilled cheese (which is not on the menu) and order a kids meal less the appetizer and be charged less for it. I think a lot depends on the server.

This is one of our all time favorite restaurants and we go every trip!
