Sci-Fi just for snacks?

Hello! Just wondering if anyone has just made reservations for snacks at Sci-Fi. I would love for my so to get to see the setting at Sci-Fi, but we are already having dinner at Mama Melrose. I didn't know if it was "bad" to go there and just get appetizers and milkshakes around lunch time... Wondering if anyone else has ever done that.

Personally, I'd feel a bit bad if you were just ordering milkshakes but you certainly can. Based on your plan to get appetizers too, I'd say you are definitely fine. I regularly order an appetizer as my meal. No one will mind.

I agree. Appetizers + milkshakes is more food than many can eat for a meal. Especially with Disney portions.

That said, I generally feel mildly guilty about doing the same thing and often over-tip to alleviate my guilt.

Sci-Fi has great aps and the milkshakes are so good!!

Go for it, we really enjoy the atmosphere and the clips.

They have adult milkshakes, SO good. I eat apps as a meal all the time, and even more at WDW where they are crazy huge. You'll be fine. Enjoy.

DH and I just did this the week before Easter. We had a 7:20 PM ADR and ordered milkshakes ($5.50 each) and the appetizer sampler($19.00) to share. Yummy and fun!
