We are getting ready for our 2nd trip to WDW and let ds and dd each pick their favorite restaurant for dinner one of our nights there. DD picked Sci-Fi....the one place me and DH do not want to go to...but it was her choice.

We have looked at the menu and just aren't impressed...I don't remember what we ate last time. I thought I had seen somewhere where you can actually order a burger or something that isn't on the menu. Any ideas on this???

At this point we are thinking we may just get appys and then get a snack or something later. I would love some ideas.

Here's my suggestion

Space Monkey - chocolate shake, Malibu rum, and banana liqueur:cool1:

If you have lunch instead of dinner then burgers are on the menu. I love the burgers from Sci-fi! The chicken sandwich is also very good.

Be sure to take a jumper or jacket *** it has its own climate in there - arctic!

The only appy I have tried from there were the onion rings which were good and hot. The shakes you can have as a a dessert as well.

At the very bottom of their menu, in fine print, it says that they will be happy to assist you with special diets. I asked them to make me a grilled chesse sandwich with lots of pickles on the side. It was not a problem!

Well, I knew they had CHEESE and BREAD already on their mneu based on other items, so I knew it would be easy to ask for that "special" meal for myself. Grilled cheese sandwiches are about the easiest meal to make anyone! I'm sorry I can't answer the tuna question........

I've never had a Ruben, but my wife got one... and I've been hooked since! It was really good. ( I got a cold hamburger 1st time I went, so now I stick to the Ruben)

Great onion rings and shakes

We go every year, but only for lunch :rolleyes1

We always go for lunch and stick to burgers, fries, onion rings and milkshakes. I've read reviews where they will let you order a hamburger at dinner even through its not on the menu.
