Sci Fi finally opened up later hours for June

I have been trying for about a month to get a later dinner reservation at Sci Fi for the end of June, and they kept telling me that they were only open until 6:00pm. Well, I called yet again today, and they have finally opened up their later hours, so I got my LAST PS needed for my trip!!!

If you have been waiting for MGM restaurants to open up more times, try again.

They also opened up earlier seatings in the morning. We really wanted to eat at 11 am on an early entry day because we're doing light breakfast in the room. I didn't want to wait until noon because I figured everyone would be wanting to eat then and I'd prefer to avoid crowds. I've called several times over the last few months and was always told that the earliest seating was noon. Today when I called it was 11 am. So they've opened up everything, I guess. Probably only take PS from noon to 6 until a few weeks out.

Thank you so much for this post! I have been trying to change our Mama Melrose time. I was finally able to do that today. We went from a 4:30 dinner time to 7:10. That is MUCH better!

I still can not get anything later than 5:30 at the Prime Time for June 27th. The CM insists that they are not seating after 6:00, I hope that this is not correct. I guess I'll just keep on trying.

This is the same story I kept getting for June 22nd and the later times for that day JUST opened up--so I'll bet within a day or two, June 27th will open up. Just keep trying. Good Luck

I had the same problem with Prime Time and Sci Fi. The latest I was ever able to get for Prime Time in the beginning-middle of June was 6pm but I was finally able to get a 7:30 at Prime Time. So now we are having lunch at Prime Time 1 day and dinner at Sci Fi on another.
