Try a reservation finder. They are free and you put in the date, restaurant and party size. It’ll text you if someone drops what you need so you can log on and grab it. Be quick though they can go fast. Another way is just stalking the website. I’ve found 2am has a lot of hard to get reservations for some reason. Hope you get it! Also what is your party size? Sometimes an odd number is hard to find. So if you are 3 search for 4 (don’t go down in size of what you need)

We have gotten some luck by going right when they open at 11:00.

They also have some round picnic type tables in the back that some people can get with a walk up reservation. We have not sat there before, but I have heard it offered.

Keep checking and checking... day and night... On our last trip, I got lucky the day we were heading over, and scored dinner at BOG for that night... It was however 5:00 am when I made it....

I had great luck last year with Touring Plans Reservation Finder, but have found that we are generally able to get hard to find reservations on the day of first thing in the morning as you have to cancel your reservations the day before to avoid any additional charges. Good luck, I hope you are able to get it for your boys!!

You will have the best luck checking around 48 hours prior to the date you want to go. People start canceling when they get the reservation reminder emails to avoid the $10/person no show charge. I really believe if you are somewhat flexible with your times, you should be able to get it for 4. Keep trying! It's my kids' favorite place and the only one they consistently recommend.

(As an aside, I'm going mid May, so not as busy as April, but we wanted early and have 6, and I have been randomly checking for the last couple of weeks. Just got one today. )

I've found the TP reservation finder to be helpful for getting Sci Fi. In fact I still have an active finder up, as I'm trying to move up my ADR for Saturday.
