Sci-Fi Dine in too quiet? Or 50's PT?

What do people mean that it's too quiet in there? Is there no sound with the movie? Are the movie clips scary? I have a soon to be 6 year old who is not a fan of mean monsters. I'm trying to decide between here and 50's Prime Time.

There is sound at each car. The reason, I think, it is so quite is for two reasons. First its dark and many little ones fall asleep. Secondly most people are watching the movie clips. I don't think the clips are too scary and we are taking our will be 13 month old there in Nov. but its up to you. Enjoy!

It's quiet in that few people are talking; just as it is at the movies.

I do not think the clips are scary. Our kids and now our grandson love this place. There are monsters in the clips but they are pretty cheesy looking.

There is nothing scary about Sci Fi!! Its cheesy-funny monster humor! We love this place a lot. Such a fun atmosphere. And yes its probably quiet cause people are preoccupied with the movie. (i wouldnt say its TOO quiet thou!).

Actually, my favorite thing about Sci Fi *is* that it is quiet. It's like a peaceful, dark oasis during the middle of a hot, loud, crowded, park touring day. There is nothing scary about the movies, it is all campy, hokey, monster fun!

Go! The food isn't the best, but the atmosphere can't be beat!

I do really enjoy Sci-Fi, but if I had to choose between the two I'd definitely pick 50's Prime Time. It also has a fun atmosphere and we've always been lucky enough to have really funny waitresses/waiters. Also, the food is much better IMO. But either way you go, you guys will have a good time
