Don’t lose hope, and definitely try the touring plans reservation finder. I was able to get one last year during Spring Break the day before using reservation finder. This year, I was only able to score a very late dinner but used reservation finder and within 2 weeks, it found me a reservation within the hour I was hoping for.

i just used 2 accounts to make 2 reservations for 2 people for the same time. A reservation for 4 had 0 avail the entire night at 180+3 I figure it would be great to be together but if we get separated it might be nice for 1 on 1 time with a kid during a busy week!

We ate lunch there last Spring since the place next door (can't recall the name) was closed for renovation. Didn't have a reservation, but only waited a few minutes to get seated at a normal table. We preferred the normal tables around the perimeter since they easily seat 4. Good to know about the quirky car seating since you will end up looking at the back of the heads of others in your party if more then 2 of you. Food was just very average for lunch and the brief movie clips probably won't have much meaning to anyone under the age of 50. Not sure why it is so popular. Looks like it needs a refresh and not a place we would choose again.

Agree with trying reservation finder. It has worked for us. But when you get a text that it found something, you have to be quick as others are also receiving a similar text

We had a hard time getting ressies for more than 2 people for our November trip last year! We managed to rock, paper, scissors which 2 of us was going...

As other have said, checking closer to your date, but more specifically, 24 hours before too. People change their mind on the park they may head to that day and do not want to pay the cancelation fee. With all the boarding group drama, this just may be a wild card for a while.

yes!!! This is my best advice to people who are trying to get reservations...people have to cancel 24 hours in advice to avoid the $10 penalty so I start watching the MDE app about 3 days prior to the date I want a reservation. Ive had pretty good luck. Also, there is a website called "Mouse Dining" where you can set up an alert for the time you need. Just google search for " Mouse Dining Alert" and it is free....Im trying to get a reservation for EIGHT in June at the SAME place!!!!!!!!!!! Sending pixie dust your way.............
