Sci Fi ADR: Can I do this?

Hello!
Had to make some quick changes on our august trip, but just realized I switched our Sci Fi ADR to 3:35 (only thing available), and the Pixar Parade (DD5 loves parades!!) starts at 3:00!!! Soooo.......

1. How long do the parades last? Do they start on time?
2. Does the parade go by Sci Fi?
3. Should I try to change the ADR?

The time the parade comes by depends on where along the route you stand.

No, the parade does not pass by Sci Fi. And if you are on the opposite side of the street from the restaurant when the parade passes, you will be prevented from crossing to get to the restaurant.

Everything at Disney starts ON TIME (except the monorails, hehe)... personally I wouldn't worry too much about it. You might be 10 minutes late or so but you'll still be able to get in.

I'm sure it's pretty frequent that people with ADRs around parade times are slightly late so I wouldn't worry about it either. 3:30 is an off time - in between lunch and dinner so I think it will be fine

I have the opposite problem!! I made reservations at 50's Primetime at 1:50 and the parade starts at 3. Is there anyway we'll make it? We have a 23 month that would LOVE those characters!

Thanks for posting this. We are only going to be at DHS one day and I completely forgot about the parade when I made ADR's for 2:30 at Sci-Fi. I was just able to change them to 3:45, but if I hadn't seen this I would have completely forgot about it! I'm going to make sure I watch from the correct side of the street, as well
