School's just out and we're already going crazy!!!

O.k....anyone else out there just begin the summer break with the kiddos?

Day two of summer and my DD's are ALREADY starting to whine! Ugh! I laid down the summer laws today and you would have thought I'd stabbed them with a knife! One DD had two friends over and I caught them trying to watch tv because they were too bored! That is one of my big rules - no tv when you've got buds to PLAY with and there is a limit for the day so you use it early you lose it later!

DD #2 had a play date today too, but it wasn't enough to entertain her ALL day...poor baby.

Then there's the food thing....already grouching about snack limitations. What? Eat fruit or yogurt instead of brownies?

UGH! And to think I teach school so I can stay home with these people???????

above the ground blue things ......it was the best investment we have ever had.....and only a little more then 300 bucks......a pool and the kids loved it......they could stay in it all day if I let them......this was mainly for my grandkids and the dump and runs....even my dear hubby and I get in it and just veg like the lazy river at Typhoon Lagoon......
