We also picked up more .99 cent 3-subject notebooks. Then, we went to Staples for the free folders and .50 cent graph paper. We're doing great on school supplies this year!

Beats the Bic .39 cent highlighters from a couple weeks ago.
I got the limit of three of the 5 cent notebooks (6 pack x 5 cents = 30 cent/pack). I got the limit three of the 25 cent composition notebooks (2 pack x 25 cents = 50 cents per pack). I got the $1 Sharpie highlighters. I got the last graphing notebook for 50 cents (only one I could find anyway). And I got the free (limit 10) folders! 
OMG, I love Walgreen's, the one near me is the best store I have ever shopped at. The manager's are always super nice, the employees are always and I mean always asking me if there is something they can help me find. They offer subsititutes if they run out of something listed in the paper and once they over charged me and so when I went home and looked over my receipt I worked out the overage and brought my finding to the store and the manager fixed it no questions asked and was apologizing profusely. I always go to Walgreen's with my 4 kids and we all get the limit of the super good sale stuff with no problems.Sunday I went to Walgreens to get some of their deals. They never got the mechanical pencils and highlighters. The manager told me to check back after Tuesday. So, I went in today got the mechanical pencils and the highlighters. I had my son with me and had him ready to pay for his. the cashier told me that they had a limit of 3 per HOUSEHOLD. She directed me to the manager.
The manager said, that it states on the coupon Limit 3 and they also have the right to limit what each customer purchases. He didnt seem very happy to be bothered by my inquiry. So, I explained to him, that I had already came on Sunday and they were out. I could have gotten 3 then and another 3 today. I didn't think it was too much to ask for, since I was inconvenienced on my first visit. Now he was really upset. He gave me this look, like I was asking for some outrageous request. Then he yelled "FINE THEN!! JUST GIVE THEM TO HER"
I really couldnt believe how he spoke to me. I grabbed my kids and started to leave. He said "Arent you going to get the highlighters?". Then I turned around and told him I couldnt believe how he had spoken to me that way. That I felt he was wrong to scream at a customer all over $1.20!! All he could say was "I'm sorry" as we walked out.
Was I really asking for too much?
Where are you located? My DH bring boxes of them home from work and we've been donating them to my sons school but they don't want them anymore because we've donated like over 200 of them and they can use them fast enough. I am in NO. VA.
