I just found out today that my kids school/pto is looking for items for a bake sale tomorrow. I agreed to bake some things, just popped some apple bread in the oven and will either make cookies or cupcakes as well. the bread will be sold as a whole loaf, the cookies need to be in bags and will be sold for $1 each bag.
my question is how many cookies would you put in each bag?
another question, I don't have any cute celephane bags and don't have time to run to the craft store to get some. does anyone know if target carries them? if not my options are limited...zip lock, or can wrap them in regular plastic wrap. which/what would you do? I wish I had more time!
lastly, I can make cute sugar cookies (I have pumpkins/ghosts/etc) but not sure I have time to ice them, so would colored sprinkled ones be okay? or should to stay up late tonight frosting them instead? if I stay up late, do you think I can get away with a quick icing/sprinkle job instead of hauling out my icing tips and getting fancy. again, if I had more time, I'd love to get crazy here, but I just found out an hour ago and everything needs to be turned in tomorrow morning!
