Scheduling Publix Instacart Delivery

I am planning ahead.
We are thinking about ordering food to be delivered from Publix via Instacart this trip rather than Garden Grocer. We will have things like water, soda, juice, beer, wine, fruit, chips and salsa, deli meats and cheeses, sandwich rolls, condiments, breakfast foods etc. Since it will include beer and wine it is my understanding that it can not be left with Bell Services, but rather I will have to sign for it. Is this accurate/
So if that is the case, I would like to schedule it for early evening after we are in our DVC Villa, but before we leave for dinner. Is it possible to schedule early evening (5 PM ) times?
How far in advance do you order?

You can only schedule delivery a week ahead. Delivery times are available until ten during the week and I believe 8 on the weekend.

I just loaded my cart, but the delivery times only go through Friday right now so I'll wait until tomorrow to check out.(I need Saturday.) I didn't actually click on any of the times shown, but I'm guessing that if you do it well in advance you won't have any trouble getting an early evening delivery time. I don't know if their times fill up as you get closer to the delivery date.

I just used that service for our stay at POR and put in the notes to please leave with bell services and they did. We had beer in our order. Then that evening we called down to bell services and they brought it to our room for us so we didn’t have to walk and carry everything back after a long day.
