Scheduling a site visit?

We'll be in Disney in February 2011, we're hoping for a November 2012 wedding. Is this too early to schedule a site visit? How do you ask for a site visit? How far out will they make appointments for one?

I'm currently planning on an April 2, 2012 wedding at Disneyworld (might have to push it back some...but I hope not). I live out of state and I'm attending the open house on Aug 28 so I asked if I could do a site visit while i was out there since I wouldn't financially be able to keep traveling back and forth. They happily obliged me but I think they prefer to do it no earlier then the year mark. so, I would just call and explain your situation and i'm sure they'll work something out for you.

My wedding is July 2011, and I did my site visit this past April, so I was 16-17 months out. And I know I've seen other girls on this board who have done site visits even earlier. Disney is very accommodating for people who come into town. You should at least be able to do a site visit, but depending on where you want to get married you may not be able to actually book your date until either 16/12/or 8 months out. HTH!!

Thanks! I know 21 months before is a while out. I might be back in Disney with my family in may but my fiancée probably won't be there, and since we want ADH we would be able to sign a contract in august. I want us to see the locations together and be able to determine if we really want them before the time to book comes.

Hi there. We are looking at a March 2012 wedding, so roughly 19 months out and were able to book a site visit for this Oct already. You may want to try and just see if they can accomodate your request. I tried to set it up 2 times before that and finally got someone who was nice enough to help me out. Third times the charm
