Hi just joined the forum, am planning a trip to Disneyland Paris June 2008, this will be my 6th visit. I have always been totally thrilled with my holidays and love the whole experience. Unfortunately on my last visit June 06 we stayed in Newport Bay and we were upset to discover Pirates of the Carribean was closed for our whole visit!!! This is my favourite ride!! Also Indiana Jones temple of peril was closed and the Riverboat also closed (my mum's fav) and the stunt show was closed!!! This was the first time so many things were closed but it did spoil things a bit with us all getting a bit annoyed and my 4 year not seeing the pirates...yo ho yo ho!! Anyway we are putting that as a one off bad experience but was wondering if anyone is aware of any dates these rides may be closed again, we are hoping to go between June 15th - June 20th 2008. Also is there no way of reducing costs for one person staying in a room, there will be 2 couples travelling, a single, a 5 year old and an infant and it seems the single traveller is paying almost as much as the couple as they need a room to themselves, we looked into Davy Crocketts Ranch but as far as i can see there is only one bedroom.....YIKES!!! Thanks in advance and hope this is not too many questions!! xxx

Hi mandysparkles and welcome to DLP DIS board :wave2:
We are a friendly bunch here so please join in on any other thread or if you have a number of questions then just start a new thread for each :goodvibes

If you have not had a look yet, DLP posting rules are here, DIS posting guidelines can be found here.

There are 2 bedroom cabins in Davy Crockett Ranch. The main room has a double bed. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds. While the living room has a bed settee :)

Welcome to the DIS mandysparkles

At the moment it's anyone's guess as to what rides will be closed when you go, I'm afraid. Hopefully it won't be anything that will spoil your visit this time :)
