Schedule/Theme Nights for Mexico Cruises?

Hi,
Does anyone know what the schedule is for the Mexico Cruises? We are sailing on our first DCL cruise in late May. I'd love to know what the weekly schedule will be (just for planning). Like when is or is there a Pirate Night, Talent Show night, Karaoke night, etc?

We are all anxiously waiting for this information. Someone posted that they called Disney and had the excursions read to them and that they would be posted on their website by the end of the month.
