scavenger hunt

Has anyone everyone a scavenger hunt for their kids in Disney world? I was looking at “a gift of a lifetime” site but then I thought I can do the same type of thing on my on and make it last longer – even perhaps the entire vacation!

Any thoughts would be great here. Thank you, Amanda

Depending on the ages of the kids, there are so many things you can do with that idea! Are you going to be with them or are they old enough to be running around on their own? (I participated in an adult scavenger hunt in all 4 parks of WDW when I was a CM. It lasted all day and was incredibly fun!!! I think kids would have a great time!)

OH! That's a good idea! We should have a DIS Photo Scavenger Hunt!

We could have stuff like:

Hidden Mickey
Hidden Donald
The Castle with pink light (or orange or blue... whatever)
Mickey wearing safari clothes
Flick
British flag
Gold Monorail train
Br'er Fox
Goats at top of MTMR
Ghosts!

etc. etc. etc... this could go on forever! We could have one for each month!

We did a photo scavenger hunt with the kids 2 weeks ago. They had a blast! We gave them a different page each day. Each page has ten things they needed to take a get a photo of. We had gotten those little Polaroid cameras with sticky film so the kids could press the photo onto the page.
