Scavenger Hunt Help Needed!

I am digging through countless posts, forums, and blogs trying to find age-appropriate scavenger hunt ideas for a friend. She is meeting her boyfriend's 11 year old daughter this summer, and they are surprising her with a trip to WDW. My friend would really like to send her on a scavenger hunt to reveal their trip. Most of what I'm finding seems geared towards younger kids. She loves Frozen, especially Olaf, so bonus points to anyone who has ideas on how to tie in a Frozen theme!

When we surprised our 11, 9, & 3 year old boys in 2013, we sent them on a scavenger hunt on the morning we left. The clues essentially had them pack their backpack for the plane and ended with them opening their closet door to find their Disney 2013 T-Shirts that I snuck in early in the hunt. This is most of the things I had them hunt for (I'm sorry I don't have the actual clues on this computer, but obviously they first had to guess what they were looking for!):
Backpack
DS, Charger and Cartridges
2 books
2 Magazines
Deck of regular cards
Other card game
Other travel-size game
Pressed Coin Holder
Sunglasses
Ipods/earbuds
Baseball Cap
2 DVDs

I know I'm not getting any bonus points here but it could be staged with Frozen stuff, by putting new Frozen-themed items in the places she would look for those things, maybe even start her off with a new Frozen backpack. I would guess she already has the DVD, so maybe place that front and center in the DVD storage (our timeshare has a DVD player so we bring some for evenings... that might not be the case for everyone!).
