scanning ticket help

I am trying to load my 5 tickets into the app and im having a problem. So far I gotten 2 of the 5 loaded but the rest wont scan. When I try to manually enter the number it says invalid. There are two scanning bars. Which one is it? neither are working

I figured it out! there is a area that you have to scratch off to get the rest of the number so I can manually enter. The scanning still didnt work
